Adventa Tech Inc is currently seeking a highly skilled and specialized Java Developer for a critical 6-month contract engagement based in Richardson, Texas. This position operates on a hybrid model, requiring a blend of on-site presence and remote flexibility. Technical Requirements and Ecosystem
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in Java Development with a focus on enterprise-grade systems.
- Expertise in Java 11 or higher versions, utilizing modern language features for performance optimization.
- Extensive experience with the Spring Framework ecosystem, including Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Spring Security.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing Microservices architecture to support scalable and modular applications.
- Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka for real-time messaging, event streaming, and building decoupled systems.
- Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Gitlab for version control, code reviews, and managing CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience working with NoSQL databases, specifically MongoDB, for handling large volumes of unstructured data.
- Strong background in Test Automation using JUnit, Mocking frameworks, and Gherkin for Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
- Exposure to or experience with AI tools and their integration into the development workflow to enhance code quality and speed.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $115,000 – $155,000 per year (Estimated)
