Role Overview: Expert UX Designer

As we move into 2026, the role of an Expert UX Designer has evolved beyond simple interface creation into the realm of comprehensive service design and ecosystem orchestration. The successful candidate will be responsible for bridging the gap between complex business requirements and intuitive user experiences. Key Responsibilities and Strategic Impact

  • Conducting deep-dive user research within group settings to extract qualitative insights regarding user behaviors, process steps, and specific pain points.
  • Translating complex data and research findings into actionable design recommendations and clear strategic directions for product development.
  • Designing and optimizing end-to-end service experiences, ensuring seamless interactions across all digital and physical touchpoints.
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including engineering and business stakeholders, to ensure design feasibility and alignment with overarching business goals.
  • Creating comprehensive journey maps, process flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes that effectively communicate design intent.
  • Developing and maintaining robust design guidelines and best practices to ensure functional and visual consistency across the entire product suite.
  • Conducting rigorous usability testing and gathering feedback to iterate and improve designs in real-time.
  • Fostering positive stakeholder relationships and leading UX evangelism efforts to promote a user-centric culture within the organization.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $70 – $70 per year
