Role Overview: Expert UX Designer

Key Responsibilities and Strategic Impact
- Conducting deep-dive user research within group settings to extract qualitative insights regarding user behaviors, process steps, and specific pain points.
- Translating complex data and research findings into actionable design recommendations and clear strategic directions for product development.
- Designing and optimizing end-to-end service experiences, ensuring seamless interactions across all digital and physical touchpoints.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including engineering and business stakeholders, to ensure design feasibility and alignment with overarching business goals.
- Creating comprehensive journey maps, process flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes that effectively communicate design intent.
- Developing and maintaining robust design guidelines and best practices to ensure functional and visual consistency across the entire product suite.
- Conducting rigorous usability testing and gathering feedback to iterate and improve designs in real-time.
- Fostering positive stakeholder relationships and leading UX evangelism efforts to promote a user-centric culture within the organization.
