Role Overview
Flexon Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team for a long-term contract engagement in Sunnyvale, CA. This is a Day 1 Onsite position requiring a professional who can bridge the gap between complex business requirements and technical Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a dual background as both a Business Analyst and a Salesforce Administrator, with a deep focus on Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Pardot ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-scale CRM and PRM projects by conducting thorough business analysis and translating stakeholder needs into actionable technical specifications.
- Perform hands-on Salesforce administration, including the configuration of user management, profiles, permission sets, role hierarchies, and org-wide defaults.
- Design and implement complex automation solutions using Salesforce Flows, Lightning Pages, and managed packages to optimize business workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine whether business requirements necessitate standard configuration, custom development, or integration with third-party systems.
- Manage the end-to-end SDLC process, including scoping, timeline management, use-case documentation, requirements gathering, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and change management.
- Develop and maintain sophisticated dashboards and reports using Einstein Analytics (Tableau CRM) to provide actionable insights for retail and enterprise channel sales.
- Ensure system security and controls are maintained across all Salesforce environments, adhering to industry best practices and organizational standards.
Technical Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst and Administrator.
- Extensive expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Pardot, and Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud).
- Proficiency in configuring sharing rules, territories, custom objects, page layouts, formula fields, and validation rules.
- Strong working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management software.
- Experience working with large, complex datasets and utilizing Salesforce data tools for migration and cleansing.
- Familiarity with the Salesforce AppExchange and the ability to evaluate native vs. third-party capabilities.
Qualifications and Certifications
- BS or equivalent degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline; an MBA is highly preferred.
- Required Certification: Salesforce Advanced Administrator.
- Preferred Certifications: Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant, and Agile SCRUM Master.
- Solid understanding of consumer, retail, and enterprise channel sales operations and partner management.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $145,000 – $195,000 per year (Estimated)
