Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SailPoint Developer to join our dynamic Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. As a SailPoint specialist, you will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of robust identity governance solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC). This role is critical in ensuring that our organization maintains a secure and compliant environment by managing the full lifecycle of digital identities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and configure SailPoint IdentityIQ and Identity Security Cloud environments to meet complex business requirements.
  • Develop custom workflows, rules (using Beanshell and Java), and tasks to automate identity lifecycle processes.
  • Implement and manage access certification campaigns, ensuring accurate and timely reviews of user permissions.
  • Configure and maintain policy management, including Separation of Duties (SoD) and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) frameworks.
  • Oversee aggregation and provisioning processes across a diverse range of target systems, including LDAP, Active Directory, and various cloud platforms.
  • Integrate SailPoint with third-party applications using REST and SOAP APIs, as well as custom web services.
  • Collaborate with security and IT teams to align IAM strategies with broader organizational security goals.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to identity governance and access management.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, development standards, and operational procedures.

Technical Requirements

  • Extensive experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) or SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
  • Proficiency in Java and Beanshell for custom rule development and system extensions.
  • Strong understanding of SQL for database interactions and reporting.
  • Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python for automation tasks.
  • Deep knowledge of IAM concepts, including RBAC, SoD, and identity lifecycle management.
  • Familiarity with directory services like LDAP and Microsoft Active Directory.
  • Understanding of modern authentication protocols such as OAuth, SAML, and OIDC.
  • Experience integrating with cloud IAM environments, specifically AWS IAM and Azure AD.
  • Knowledge of application servers like Tomcat or WebLogic and working in Linux/Unix environments.
  • Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines for version control and deployment.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $145,000 – $195,000 per year (Estimated)

Location: Remote, TX
