Position Summary
Paramount Software Solutions is seeking a visionary Oracle Fusion Solution Architect to lead technical initiatives for a high-profile State client in Lawrenceville, GA. This onsite role is pivotal in maintaining, supporting, and evolving all technical aspects of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, including ERP, EPM, and HCM modules. You will serve as the primary technical authority, ensuring that the system architecture aligns with the client’s strategic business objectives and rigorous IT standards.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead the technical configuration and optimization of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, EPM, and HCM applications.
- Evaluate quarterly Oracle Fusion Cloud releases to determine functional impacts and coordinate comprehensive testing and validation with business stakeholders.
- Provide expert technical guidance to internal teams and implementation partners to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Design and implement custom fields, fast formulas, and complex integrations with third-party systems.
- Develop and maintain custom security roles, ensuring the principle of least privilege is upheld through regular security audits.
- Proactively monitor system performance, reliability, and recoverability, implementing best practices for cloud architecture.
- Collaborate with Network, Security, and Service Desk teams to resolve infrastructure-related issues and maintain environment stability.
- Author detailed functional and technical specifications for new integrations and peripheral applications.
- Mentor and train junior engineers and technical staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
- Manage OCI configurations, including SSO, data encryption, and SSL certificate management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or an equivalent technical field.
- Minimum of 10 years of overall experience in ERP administration and technical support.
- At least 5 years of dedicated experience as a Solutions Architect specifically for Oracle Fusion Cloud suites.
- In-depth knowledge of the Oracle Fusion data dictionary and object relationships.
- Proven track record of leading full-lifecycle projects from requirements gathering through design, testing, and rollout.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical business leaders.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with experience managing technical and operational workflows in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) configurations and management.
- Deep expertise in security role design and workflow automation within Fusion applications.
- Strong business acumen in Finance, HR, and Payroll domains.
- Demonstrated commitment to staying current with evolving Oracle technologies and industry trends.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $160,000 – $210,000 per year (Estimated)
