Position Summary: Senior OnBase Application Development Analyst
We are looking for a seasoned Application Development Analyst with a minimum of 5 years of specialized experience in the Hyland OnBase platform. This remote contract position is designed for a technical expert who can navigate the complexities of OnBase Workflow and WorkView modules to deliver high-impact business solutions. As part of the OnBase Delivery team, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of application development, from initial systems analysis and requirements gathering to backend database design, testing, and deployment. This role requires a high degree of autonomy and the technical maturity to mentor junior team members while handling expert-level escalations.
Core Responsibilities and Technical Expectations
- Solution Design and Development: Architect, code, and debug custom OnBase solutions, focusing heavily on the optimization of Workflow and WorkView modules to streamline business processes.
- Systems Analysis: Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical specifications, ensuring that all solutions align with enterprise architecture standards.
- Database and Integration: Perform advanced backend database design and integration tasks, ensuring high performance and data integrity across the OnBase ecosystem.
- Process Enhancement: Continuously evaluate and modify existing OnBase procedures to solve intricate business problems and improve overall system efficiency.
- Mentorship and Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning within the team.
- Performance Monitoring: Proactively monitor application performance, identifying and implementing optimization opportunities to maintain system health.
- Independent Execution: Work autonomously in a remote setting, applying sound technical judgment to select and adapt advanced development techniques.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Candidates must hold active certifications in OnBase Workflow and WorkView modules, as these are fundamental to the success of this role. A minimum of 5 years in application development is required, with a significant portion of that time dedicated to the Hyland OnBase platform. You should possess a deep understanding of backend database structures and system integration methodologies. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills are essential, as is the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. This is a high-level technical role that demands a proven track record of delivering robust, enterprise-grade solutions in a remote environment.
Special Requirements
Certification in OnBase Workflow and WorkView modules is mandatory. Employer is E-Verified.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $125,000 – $170,000 per year (Estimated)
