Job Summary
E-Solutions Inc. is looking for a dynamic React Native Lead & Developer to spearhead our mobile development initiatives in Miami, FL. This role is designed for a technical leader who can balance hands-on coding with strategic architectural oversight. You will be responsible for the design, development, and deployment of high-performance mobile applications, ensuring a seamless user experience across both iOS and Android platforms using React Native and native technologies.
Core Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and architect scalable mobile solutions using Swift, SwiftUI, and React Native. You will be the primary decision-maker for mobile architecture patterns (MVVM, VIPER) to ensure long-term maintainability.
- Team Mentorship: Lead a dedicated team of iOS and hybrid developers. You will conduct rigorous code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior staff to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend engineers to define project scopes and deliver integrated features.
- API Integration: Expertly integrate mobile applications with complex RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints, ensuring efficient data fetching and state management.
- Performance Optimization: Utilize advanced concurrency techniques such as GCD and async/await to optimize app responsiveness and battery efficiency.
- DevOps and CI/CD: Manage the full deployment pipeline, including App Store submissions, Jenkins configurations, and monitoring via Splunk and GitHub.
Required Technical Skills
- 8+ years of professional iOS development experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in a formal leadership or lead developer role.
- Expert proficiency in Swift, SwiftUI, and Objective-C.
- Must Have: Extensive hands-on experience with Hybrid cross-platform development using React Native.
- Deep knowledge of Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines and the App Store ecosystem.
- Experience with modern iOS frameworks such as Combine, Core Data, and Alamofire.
- Strong familiarity with GraphQL schema design and integration.
Soft Skills and Leadership
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in an agile environment.

Salary: $145,000 – $195,000 per year (Estimated)
