Role Overview
TestingXperts is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior React Developer for a critical 12-month engagement based in San Leandro, CA. This role operates on a hybrid model, offering a blend of remote flexibility and essential onsite collaboration. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for architecting and developing enterprise-level responsive web applications that serve millions of users. We are looking for a candidate who not only writes clean, efficient code but also understands the broader implications of web security, accessibility, and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of complex, responsive front-end architectures using ReactJS and modern JavaScript ecosystems.
- Conduct deep requirement analysis and translate business needs into robust application designs.
- Implement advanced web security measures to defend against XSRF, cross-site scripting (XSS), and other common vulnerabilities.
- Ensure full compliance with web accessibility standards using ARIA techniques to provide an inclusive user experience.
- Optimize application performance through advanced techniques such as minification, closure tools, sprites, and efficient HTML document architecture.
- Collaborate within an Agile/Scrum environment, participating in daily stand-ups and maintaining high accountability for sprint deliverables.
- Execute comprehensive testing strategies, including Unit-Testing, Integration Testing, and Performance Testing, following Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the continuous improvement of internal markup standards and coding best practices.
Technical Environment
The successful candidate will work within a high-performance environment focused on the latest front-end technologies. You will be expected to have a mastery of the React lifecycle, hooks, and state management libraries. Furthermore, your expertise in cross-browser compatibility and ‘last mile’ performance tuning will be vital in ensuring our applications remain competitive and user-friendly across all platforms. This position requires a proactive professional who can navigate the complexities of enterprise software development while maintaining a focus on usability and clean document architecture.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $145,000 – $195,000 per year (Estimated)
