Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Java and React Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic engineering team in Temple Terrace, Florida. In this onsite role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications. As we move into 2026, the demand for seamless integration between sophisticated backend logic and interactive frontend interfaces is higher than ever. You will play a pivotal role in bridging this gap, ensuring that our software solutions meet the evolving needs of our clients and users.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop interactive user interfaces and single-page applications (SPAs) using React.js and its ecosystem, including Redux and React Router.
- Convert UI/UX wireframes and designs into responsive, high-quality HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript code.
- Optimize frontend performance for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser usability.
- Develop and maintain server-side applications and complex business logic using Java, Spring, and Spring Boot frameworks.
- Design and build RESTful APIs and microservices to facilitate efficient communication between frontend and backend systems.
- Design database schemas and write optimized SQL/NoSQL queries, utilizing ORM frameworks like Hibernate or JPA.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering and design to coding, testing, and deployment.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code while performing thorough peer code reviews to ensure quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA engineers, within an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and utilize version control systems such as Git for efficient code management.
Technical Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with core backend technologies: Java, Spring/Spring Boot, microservices architecture, and REST API design.
- Advanced proficiency in frontend development with React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and state management solutions.
- Proven experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Proficiency with modern development and DevOps tools, including Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and unit testing frameworks like JUnit and Jest.
- Minimum of 3+ years of professional full-stack or backend Java development experience.
- Demonstrated ability to build and deploy production-ready applications using React.js.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective team collaboration.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience).
- A portfolio of successful projects demonstrating expertise in both frontend and backend technologies.

Onsite requirement in Temple Terrace, FL.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $115,000 – $165,000 per year
