Role Overview

The Technical Product Owner / Manager for MarTech is a pivotal role designed to lead enterprise-level digital transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for MarTech initiatives, aligning with organizational OKRs and KPIs.
  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, marketing teams, and technical engineering squads to translate requirements into actionable user stories.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle for digital portals, web applications, and eCommerce platforms, focusing on performance optimization and accessibility.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies within Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe frameworks, prioritizing backlogs and ensuring timely delivery of high-impact features.
  • Oversee the integration of AI-driven personalization, chatbots (Agentic AI), and predictive modeling to enhance customer engagement and ROI.
  • Ensure all digital products meet rigorous security, privacy, and regulatory standards, including GDPR, CCPA, and industry-specific mandates.

Technical Expertise and Qualifications

  • Extensive experience with enterprise MarTech stacks, including Salesforce, Adobe Experience Cloud, and advanced analytics platforms.
  • Hands-on knowledge of cloud architectures, APIs, microservices, and data pipelines that power modern digital experiences.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale website operations, including governance, SEO, and performance monitoring.
  • Strong background in data-driven decision-making, utilizing NLP-powered search and advanced dashboards to track product health.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, CSPO, PSM, or SAFe Agilist are highly preferred to demonstrate mastery of Agile leadership.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $155,000 – $210,000 per year
