Role Overview

People Integra Inc is seeking a highly seasoned SAP Program Manager to lead a critical transformation project involving the migration from SAP R/3 to RISE with SAP (S/4HANA). This is a high-impact leadership role requiring a minimum of 17 years of professional experience, with a deep focus on large-scale SAP environments and complex system upgrades. The successful candidate will act as the primary architect of the migration strategy, ensuring a seamless transition while maintaining business continuity across global operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end SAP R/3 to RISE (S/4HANA) upgrade, migration, and cutover planning and execution phases.
  • Oversee the comprehensive environment strategy across Development, Quality Assurance, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Pre-Production, and Production landscapes.
  • Manage transport management protocols and release governance to ensure system stability during the migration lifecycle.
  • Develop and execute highly detailed cutover plans, coordinating activities across functional, technical, infrastructure, and business teams.
  • Lead Daily Management Operating System (MOS) calls to drive accountability and ensure all project milestones are met with minimal supervision.
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate program-level risks, proactively resolving issues that could impact delivery timelines or system integrity.
  • Provide executive-level reporting and status communications, offering decision support to senior leadership and steering committees.
  • Act as a thought leader in solving complex migration and deployment challenges, leveraging deep technical knowledge of SAP HANA.

Technical Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of direct experience with SAP R/3 and RISE with SAP (S/4HANA) environments.
  • Proven track record of managing at least 2 full-cycle SAP upgrades and large-scale cutover management projects.
  • Over 10 years of experience specifically in a Project/Program Manager capacity within the IT sector.
  • Strong understanding of SAP Activate Methodology; certification in this area is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a demonstrated ability to present complex technical roadmaps to executive leadership.
  • A 4-year Engineering degree or a post-graduate management degree is required.

Strategic Impact

As an SAP Program Manager at this level, you are expected to go beyond traditional project management. You will be responsible for the strategic alignment of the SAP landscape with broader business objectives. This includes optimizing the environment strategy to reduce downtime and ensuring that the S/4HANA migration delivers the promised performance enhancements and data insights. Your leadership will be pivotal in navigating the complexities of cloud migration within the RISE framework, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and that the technical infrastructure supports the future growth of the organization.


Compensation & Location

Salary: $195,000 – $265,000 per year (Estimated)

Location: Hana, HI
