Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP IBP Developer for a critical 6-month hybrid engagement in Santa Clara, CA. As a senior consultant in the Supply Chain Planning domain, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing advanced SAP Integrated Business Planning solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of how supply chain planning tools integrate with S/4HANA and third-party legacy systems to drive operational efficiency in a modern enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the functional configuration and design of SAP IBP modules, specifically focusing on Response & Supply and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
- Utilize SAP Optimizer and Heuristic-based planning to solve complex supply chain constraints and improve demand fulfillment.
- Manage end-to-end implementation phases, including requirements gathering, blueprinting, development, rigorous testing, and post-go-live support.
- Develop and maintain data integration interfaces using CPIDS, SDI, and RTI to ensure seamless data flow between SAP IBP and S/4HANA.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business process requirements in the high-tech manufacturing sector.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices for SAP Supply Chain implementations and troubleshoot complex integration issues.
Technical Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant SAP consulting experience with a focus on Supply Chain Planning.
- Proven expertise in SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning) solutions and advanced planning tools.
- Hands-on experience with at least one full-cycle SAP IBP implementation from design to deployment.
- Strong proficiency in SAP Optimizer; this is a mandatory requirement for the current project scope.
- Solid understanding of integration methods such as CPIDS, SDI, and RTI for robust data interfacing.
- Experience working within S/4HANA environments and integrating with legacy third-party systems.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $145,000 – $195,000 per year (Estimated)
