Role Overview
Tek Inspirations LLC is seeking a highly skilled Senior DLP Software Engineer for a critical 6-month hybrid engagement in West Draper, Utah. This role is designed for a technical leader who excels in the .NET ecosystem and possesses a deep understanding of cloud-native architecture within AWS. As a Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining sophisticated backend applications that handle sensitive data protection (DLP) protocols. This position requires a local candidate who can participate in a hybrid work model, balancing remote productivity with essential onsite collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable backend services using C# and .NET Core/6+ frameworks.
- Design and manage cloud-native infrastructure within the AWS ecosystem, leveraging Lambda, DynamoDB, RDS, and SQS.
- Develop robust Web APIs and optimize data models for both relational and non-relational databases.
- Lead technical peer reviews, providing architectural guidance and ensuring high code quality across the development team.
- Collaborate with architects, product managers, and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
- Automate deployment workflows using CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
- Maintain a rigorous testing environment using xUnit or Moq to ensure system reliability and security.
Technical Requirements
- Extensive professional experience in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) with C#.
- Proven track record of building modern, scalable applications on .NET Core or .NET 6+.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services including serverless computing and managed database services.
- Strong proficiency in API design and database query optimization.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Node.js for automation tasks.
- Familiarity with Terraform for infrastructure management and GitHub Actions for CI/CD.

You will be expected to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, including non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership. Compensation & Location
Salary: $155,000 – $205,000 per year (Estimated)
