Role Overview
We are currently seeking a highly experienced and motivated Java Full Stack Developer for a high-impact hybrid role based in Orlando, Florida. This position is designed for a technical leader who thrives in a collaborative environment and possesses a deep understanding of modern software engineering principles. As a senior member of our development team, you will be instrumental in architecting, developing, and deploying sophisticated web applications that serve a global user base. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance back-end services using Java 17+ and the Spring Boot ecosystem.
- Develop dynamic, user-centric front-end interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks such as Angular 14+ or React, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
- Architect and maintain microservices architectures, focusing on service discovery, API gateways, and resilient communication patterns.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, UX/UI designers, and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and executable code.
- Drive code quality through rigorous peer reviews, automated unit testing (JUnit/Mockito), and integration testing.
- Optimize application performance by identifying bottlenecks, performing database tuning (SQL/NoSQL), and implementing caching strategies using Redis or Memcached.
- Manage and enhance CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions to ensure seamless and frequent deployments.
- Containerize applications using Docker and manage orchestration through Kubernetes clusters in a cloud environment (AWS or Azure).
- Troubleshoot and resolve critical production issues, providing root-cause analysis and implementing long-term fixes.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence within the team.
Technical Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in full-stack software development with a focus on the Java ecosystem.
- Expert-level proficiency in Java (Core Java, Multithreading, Collections) and Spring Framework (Boot, Security, Data, Cloud).
- Strong experience with front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, and advanced state management (NgRx/Redux).
- Proven track record in designing and consuming RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
- Extensive experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL or Oracle, and NoSQL solutions like MongoDB.
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, specifically AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS).
- Solid understanding of security best practices, including OAuth2, JWT, and encryption standards.
- Proficiency with version control systems (Git) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $145,000 – $195,000 per year
