Role Overview
Nitya Software Solutions is seeking a highly accomplished and strategic Delivery Leader to spearhead complex IT initiatives within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) domain. This is a high-impact leadership role requiring a minimum of 18 years of experience in techno-managerial positions. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing deep customer relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders, and ensuring the seamless delivery of large-scale data and analytics programs. This position demands a unique blend of technical depth, business acumen, and exceptional engagement management skills to drive account growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop strong, long-term customer relationships by working directly from customer premises to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to formulate account strategies, identify new opportunities, and drive revenue growth within key accounts.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador for the organization in technical and business forums, promoting innovation and excellence.
- Lead large-scale programs in complex, multi-vendor environments, ensuring all project and program requirements are met with high quality.
- Provide strategic inputs to optimize sales efforts, customer service, and overall gross margins at the account level.
- Drive proactive proposals and respond to RFPs, demonstrating a deep understanding of the customer’s business challenges and technical needs.
- Foster a customer-centric business philosophy focused on delivering tangible value to growth accounts.
- Mentor and lead cross-functional teams, including offshore resources, to deliver integrated solutions.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- 18+ years of experience in Delivery Management or IT leadership roles with a strong focus on customer engagement.
- Must possess extensive domain experience within the BFSI sector.
- Proven track record in the Data and Analytics space, including data management and project delivery within consulting or software organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and drive successful data projects aligned with organizational business goals.
- Experience in stakeholder management at the VP, SVP, and C-Suite levels.
- Strong background in technical or hands-on engineering roles prior to moving into senior management.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence internal departments and external partners.
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, high-stakes environment.
Technical and Domain Expertise
- Deep understanding of Data Management frameworks and Analytics platforms.
- Proficiency in managing complex delivery lifecycles in multi-vendor scenarios.
- Experience with offshore-onshore delivery models and global team management.
- Knowledge of modern software development methodologies and digital transformation trends.
Special Requirements
MUST HAVE BFSI DOMAIN EXPERIENCE. Role involves working from customer premises in New Jersey.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $190,000 – $265,000 per year (Estimated)
