Position Summary

We are looking for a seasoned D2C Technical Product Manager to join our team in Philadelphia, PA. This is an onsite role that requires a strategic thinker with a deep technical background in eCommerce and Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) platforms. The ideal candidate will have over a decade of experience managing complex product lifecycles, specifically within global or multi-market environments. You will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical execution teams, ensuring that our digital commerce initiatives are both innovative and technically sound.

Core Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the product roadmap for our D2C eCommerce platforms, focusing on Shopify and similar commerce ecosystems.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through the full product development lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering to deployment and optimization.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to oversee front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and backend API integrations.
  • Apply UX/UI principles and design best practices to enhance the customer journey and drive conversion rates.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors and system integrators to ensure seamless delivery of external services.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage backlogs using tools like Jira, Confluence, and Monday.com.
  • Analyze business priorities against technical constraints to make informed trade-offs and deliver maximum value.
  • Monitor product performance metrics and leverage data to drive continuous improvement and feature prioritization.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in Technical Product Management, Product Ownership, or a closely related technical leadership role.
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify or other major D2C commerce platforms in a global context.
  • Strong technical literacy, including a solid understanding of front-end technologies and full-stack concepts.
  • Proven experience working with APIs, microservices, and complex backend system integrations.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Work Environment

Compensation & Location

Salary: $160,000 – $210,000 per year (Estimated)
