Role Overview
Square Hiring LLC is seeking a highly skilled and strategic WORKATO and RIH (Reltio Integration Hub) Tech Lead for a critical onsite engagement in Louisville, Kentucky. This role is designed for a technical visionary who can bridge the gap between complex Master Data Management (MDM) requirements and seamless enterprise automation. As the Tech Lead, you will be the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) responsible for the architecture, design, and deployment of high-efficiency integration recipes that connect Reltio MDM with core enterprise systems such as Salesforce, SAP, Snowflake, and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Platform Strategy & Governance: Define and implement the global strategy for recipe architecture, security frameworks, and lifecycle orchestration. You will ensure that all integrations align with enterprise standards and best practices.
- High-Performance Architecture: Architect and deploy recipes leveraging advanced Batch Action patterns, such as Bulk Upsert and Bulk Search, to maximize data throughput and minimize system latency.
- Operational Cost Optimization: Lead a proactive cost-reduction strategy by refactoring legacy iterative ‘For Each’ loops into high-performance, batch-oriented workflows, significantly reducing platform task consumption and operational overhead.
- Full-Lifecycle Recipe Engineering: Design and build complex, event-driven automation flows. This includes utilizing advanced trigger logic, Ruby-based formulas, and multi-step error handling to ensure resilient and reliable data exchange across the ecosystem.
- Data Pipeline Orchestration: Build and scale robust, real-time, and scheduled ETL/ELT pipelines. You will oversee complex data mapping and transcoding (RDM) within the integration layer to ensure high-fidelity data movement into the MDM Golden Record.
- Monitoring & Operational Intelligence: Proactively monitor system health and job performance via centralized dashboards. You will be responsible for managing the Task Consumption Budget and implementing automated recovery logic for failed integration jobs.
Technical Requirements
- Extensive hands-on experience with the WORKATO platform and/or RIH (Reltio Integration Hub) architecture.
- Proven ability to design and deploy reusable components and high-efficiency recipes.
- Deep expertise in API Integrations, including REST/SOAP, Webhooks, and OAuth protocols.
- Proficiency in data formats and transformation tools, specifically JSON and XML.
- Strong background in error handling, logging, and performance optimization within an iPaaS environment.
- Experience with Reltio MDM and its integration patterns is highly preferred.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $165,000 – $215,000 per year (Estimated)
