  • Manage the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from initial analysis and development to testing, production go-live, and hyper-care support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members to provide implementation advice and ensure the most optimum solution architecture.
  • Help HR stakeholders understand product behaviors, providing creative workarounds and solutioning for unique business challenges.
  • Conduct value proposition presentations to business leaders, demonstrating the ROI and efficiency gains of proposed HCM designs.

You must be adept at navigating the complexities of global implementations and have a thorough understanding of how AI and machine learning are reshaping HR processes. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be required to present complex technical concepts to non-technical executive leadership. We are looking for a professional who is not only a technical expert but also a visionary leader capable of driving change in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
