Position Summary
As a Senior AI Solutions Engineer, you will serve as a hands-on technical leader responsible for the deployment, configuration, and operation of the NTT Data AMS AI Platform within diverse customer environments. This role requires a unique blend of software engineering discipline, machine learning expertise, and client-facing consultancy. You will work directly with customer engineering teams to integrate AI platforms into existing DevOps workflows, analyze complex codebases, and ensure that AI solutions deliver measurable business value.
Core Responsibilities
- AI Platform Implementation: Lead the technical installation and configuration of AI platforms, ensuring seamless integration with client infrastructure and cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- LLM Integration: Work extensively with Azure OpenAI and other Large Language Model providers to build and deploy sophisticated AI-driven applications.
- SDLC & DevOps Integration: Integrate AI tools into the standard Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including Git branching strategies, pull requests, and automated release versioning.
- Architectural Guidance: Provide expert advice on system architecture, communicating technical trade-offs when preparing code for analysis and AI-driven workflows.
- Data Management: Oversee the ingestion and processing of large-scale datasets, utilizing Python, R, and Java to manage data pipelines for machine learning models.
- Client Engagement: Act as a technical subject matter expert during client interactions, translating complex AI/ML concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Required Technical Skills
- Minimum of 13+ years of total experience in software engineering or data science.
- At least 2 years of specific experience in technical implementation or solutions engineering for SaaS products.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI and LLM providers.
- 7+ years of experience with SDLC practices and source control workflows.
- 5+ years of experience with software integration principles and API development.
- Proficiency in Python, R, and Java.
- Deep expertise in AI libraries such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD practices and cloud scaling.
Work Environment and Travel
This position is based in Dallas, TX, and is restricted to local candidates within the state of Texas. The role requires the ability to travel to client sites as needed to facilitate onsite implementations and workshops. Candidates must possess exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $185,000 – $245,000 per year (Estimated)
