Candidates must possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in distribution project management, with a specific focus on project scheduling, controls, and the engineering design process. A deep understanding of the utility sector and the lifecycle of distribution line projects is essential. While a Bachelor’s degree in Business or a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) field is preferred, it is not a mandatory requirement for candidates with extensive relevant experience. Similarly, a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and proficiency in Primavera P6 are highly desirable and will be given preference during the selection process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role requires a proactive individual who can drive results and maintain high standards of excellence in infrastructure development.
