Role Overview
Teamware Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Informatica Developer with a specialized focus on SQL Migration to join our dynamic data engineering team in Dallas, TX. This is a critical role requiring a minimum of 10 years of professional experience in ETL development and data migration strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for architecting, developing, and implementing complex data integration solutions within a high-stakes banking environment. This position requires a Day 1 onsite presence, and we are specifically looking for local candidates who can contribute to our collaborative office culture immediately.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop robust ETL mappings and workflows using Informatica PowerCenter to support large-scale data migration projects.
- Lead SQL migration initiatives, ensuring data integrity, performance optimization, and seamless transition from legacy systems to modern database architectures.
- Collaborate with banking domain experts to translate complex business requirements into technical data specifications.
- Perform deep-dive performance tuning of Informatica sessions and SQL queries to handle massive datasets efficiently.
- Implement data quality checks and validation protocols to maintain the highest standards of data accuracy in a regulated financial environment.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, promoting best practices in ETL design and SQL development.
- Manage end-to-end migration lifecycles, including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, and production deployment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to data integration and migration workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in Informatica PowerCenter development.
- Proven track record of successfully leading SQL Migration projects in large enterprise environments.
- Recent and extensive experience within the Banking or Financial Services domain is mandatory.
- Expert-level proficiency in writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, Star/Snowflake schemas, and ETL architecture.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Must be local to Dallas, TX, and available for Day 1 onsite work.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $140,000 – $185,000 per year (Estimated)
