Role Overview: Solution Architect – HR Technology

In the rapidly transforming corporate landscape of 2026, the role of a Solution Architect for HR Technology is more vital than ever. This position serves as the primary bridge between Global Human Resources (GHR) business objectives and the technical infrastructure that supports them. As the Vendor & Business Integration Coordinator, you will be responsible for the architectural integrity of our HR ecosystem, ensuring that all solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise standards.

You will ensure that the core HR system remains the ‘single source of truth’ while integrating seamlessly with downstream applications.
  • Vendor and Business Integration: You will act as the lead coordinator for third-party HR technology vendors. This includes managing the onboarding process, resolving technical bottlenecks, and ensuring that vendor roadmaps align with our long-term business strategy.
  • Requirement Gathering and SME Collaboration: You will work closely with GHR business users to translate complex business needs into technical specifications. By facilitating communication between technical developers and business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), you ensure that the final solution delivers maximum business value.
  • Enterprise Standards Compliance: You will maintain a rigorous understanding of enterprise architecture standards, ensuring that all HR technology deployments adhere to security, data privacy, and performance benchmarks.

Required Skills and Professional Attributes

  • Stakeholder Management: Exceptional ability to manage expectations across diverse stakeholder groups, from executive leadership to technical engineering teams.
  • Project Coordination: Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent projects while strictly adhering to project timelines and budget constraints.
  • Technical Communication: The ability to distill highly technical architectural concepts into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders is a non-negotiable requirement for this role.
