Role Overview: RPA Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RPA Data Analyst to join our dynamic team in Sunnyvale, CA. This role is critical for driving automation initiatives within our supply chain and procurement divisions. As we move into 2026, the integration of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) with advanced data analytics has become a cornerstone of operational efficiency. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex RPA solutions that handle data-rich environments and sophisticated analytical models. This position requires a unique blend of technical expertise in automation tools and a deep understanding of supply chain heuristics.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of RPA projects, from initial requirement gathering to final deployment and maintenance.
  • Develop and maintain complex data models to support supply chain decision-making processes.
  • Utilize Tableau and Advanced Excel to visualize analytical outcomes and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Manage impactful programs independently, ensuring all milestones are met under concurrent and strict deadlines.
  • Exercise influence across multiple regions and large organizational structures to drive software and system implementations.
  • Explain technical roadblocks and analytical results in clear business terms to non-technical partners and executive leadership.
  • Optimize existing RPA workflows to improve performance, scalability, and reliability in a production environment.

Technical Requirements and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 to 8 years of hands-on professional experience in RPA development and data analysis.
  • Expertise in Robotic Process Automation tools, specifically Automation Anywhere or similar enterprise platforms.
  • Advanced proficiency in Tableau for BI data visualization and complex dashboard creation.
  • In-depth knowledge of supply chain procurement models, heuristics, and quantitative problem-solving techniques.
  • Proven track record of leading software implementations across large-scale, multi-regional organizations.
  • Strong background in Business Analysis, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business owners.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
  • Experience with EIS, EMS, and general Supply Chain Management systems is highly desirable.

Work Environment and Expectations

This is a hybrid role based in Sunnyvale, California, requiring at least 3 days of onsite presence per week. Compensation & Location

Salary: $135,000 – $178,000 per year (Estimated)
