Role Overview
Codinix Technologies is looking for an expert Front-End Engineer with a deep specialization in React.js to join our team in either Mountain View or San Diego, California. This position is offered as an Onsite or Hybrid role depending on client requirements. We are seeking a candidate who can design, develop, and maintain high-performance, user-friendly web applications that push the boundaries of modern web interfaces. This role requires a minimum of 8 years of professional experience and a proven track record of building scalable UI components and responsive designs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain sophisticated front-end applications using React.js and the broader JavaScript ecosystem (ES6+).
- Architect and build reusable UI components and scalable front-end architectures to support long-term project growth.
- Optimize web applications for maximum performance, speed, and responsiveness across various devices and browsers.
- Collaborate closely with backend engineers, product managers, and UX designers to translate requirements into functional code.
- Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility through rigorous testing and adherence to web standards.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that follows industry best practices for software engineering.
- Participate in in-person interviews and contribute to a collaborative team culture in a high-stakes environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Candidates must have 8+ years of front-end development experience with strong expertise in React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3. Proficiency with REST APIs, Git version control, and modern UI frameworks is required. A solid understanding of responsive design and UI/UX best practices is essential for success in this role. This is a high-level engineering position requiring a valid Driver’s License and recent project experience within the California market.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $165,000 – $220,000 per year (Estimated)
