Key Responsibilities
- Plan and facilitate all scrum activities, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demos, board reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure the team is able to organize and follow both scrum and client-specific processes effectively.

- Help build the schedule for deliverables and manage the development timeline in coordination with the PMO.
- Perform resource mapping and loading to determine team capacity and ensure focus on critical tasks.
- Strategically identify if the schedule requires more resources than the team currently has and manage resource balancing.
- Collaborate with clients or end users to deeply understand business requirements and translate them for the technical team.
- Act as a liaison between development teams and product management to ensure process compliance.
- Identify and resolve technical and organizational impediments that hinder development speed.
- Work with team members on backlog grooming and process optimization.
- Escalate risk issues outside of the development group to appropriate management levels when necessary.
- Proactively identify issues and push for solutions rather than accepting delays during a sprint.
- Encourage the Development Manager to plan effectively and ensure the team remains a well-oiled machine.
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications
- 5-10 years of related experience working with product or device development teams.
- Proven experience working with scrum teams that include electrical, mechanical, embedded, and software engineers.
