Position Overview

Flexon Technologies is seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Business Analyst and Administrator for a long-term engagement in Sunnyvale, California. This role is designed for a professional who bridges the gap between complex business requirements and technical Salesforce execution. The ideal candidate will have a dual background in business analysis and system administration, specifically within the Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Pardot ecosystems. As we move into 2026, our focus is on leveraging AI-driven CRM insights and seamless cross-cloud integration to drive enterprise growth. This position requires a strategic thinker who can manage large-scale CRM/PRM projects while maintaining hands-on technical proficiency.

Detailed Responsibilities

  • Serve as a Salesforce BA and Administrator with a focus on Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Pardot integration.
  • Apply strong knowledge of consumer, retail, and enterprise channel sales to optimize the end-to-end customer journey.
  • Lead sales operations, partner management, and enablement initiatives to improve organizational efficiency.
  • Manage enterprise-scale CRM/PRM projects from inception through delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Utilize deep understanding of Salesforce platform functionality and best practices, particularly within Experience Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
  • Determine whether business requirements necessitate standard configuration, custom development, or integration with external third-party systems.
  • Perform hands-on configuration of user management, profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, and org-wide defaults.
  • Build and maintain sharing rules, territories, custom objects, page layouts, and complex validation rules.
  • Develop automated workflows using Process Builder and advanced Salesforce Flows to streamline business processes.
  • Design and optimize Lightning pages and manage third-party packages from the Salesforce AppExchange.
  • Deliver projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies, participating in daily stand-ups and sprint planning.
  • Manage the full SDLC process, including scoping, timeline management, use-case documentation, and process flow mapping.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and change management efforts.
  • Work with large, complex datasets using Salesforce data tools to ensure data integrity and migration accuracy.
  • Design and implement advanced dashboards and reports using Einstein Analytics (Tableau CRM) for data-driven decision making.
  • Ensure robust system security and controls are in place to protect sensitive enterprise data.

Qualifications and Skills

Candidates must have at least 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst and Salesforce Administrator. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline is required, with an MBA being highly preferred. Technical certifications are a critical component of this role; a Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification is mandatory. Additionally, preferred certifications include Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant, Sales Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Consultant, and Agile SCRUM Master. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and a proven track record of delivering high-impact CRM solutions for global enterprises.


Compensation & Location

Salary: $155,000 – $205,000 per year (Estimated)

Location: Sunnyvale, CA
