Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IAM-Ping Architect to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for the strategic design, implementation, and continuous optimization of our Identity and Access Management (IAM) infrastructure, specifically focusing on the Ping Identity suite. This role requires a deep technical understanding of identity protocols and a proven track record of delivering secure, scalable solutions for complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and architect comprehensive IAM solutions using PingFederate, PingOne, PingDaVinci, and PingOne Verify.
  • Lead the configuration and management of Identity Provider (IdP) and Service Provider (SP) components within federated environments.
  • Develop and orchestrate identity lifecycles, including user registration, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and profile management.
  • Build and secure APIs for consumption by web, mobile, and B2B applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, using Agile methodologies to enhance CIAM user experiences.
  • Communicate architectural decisions and security risks to stakeholders at all levels.

Technical Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) or related security domains.
  • At least 6 years of hands-on experience specifically with Ping Identity solutions.
  • Proficiency in Java development and deep knowledge of IAM protocols: SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, SCIM, and LDAP.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Strong understanding of IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS delivery models.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $165,000 – $215,000 per year (Estimated)
