Role Overview
Quantum World Technologies Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP ARIBA Buying and Invoicing (B&I) Consultant for a critical onsite contract position in Bellevue, Washington. This role is designed for a professional who possesses a unique blend of technical project management prowess and deep functional expertise within the SAP Ariba ecosystem. As a key member of the implementation team, you will take end-to-end ownership of project tasks, driving deliverables in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage technical project workstreams with a specific focus on SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing implementations.
- Provide deep functional knowledge to guide the design and configuration of sourcing and contracting workflows.
- Oversee the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, ensuring that tools interact correctly and process knowledge is applied to solve complex business requirements.
- Act as a primary point of contact for technical troubleshooting, proactively solving problems and identifying process improvements without the need for constant supervision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the Ariba solution aligns with broader enterprise resource planning (ERP) strategies.
- Maintain rigorous documentation of project milestones, technical specifications, and functional designs.
- Ensure strict adherence to project timelines and quality standards, managing fast-paced deliverables effectively.
- Align work schedules with the primary Pacific Standard Time (PST) zone, while remaining flexible to support global stakeholders across various time zones as required.
Technical Requirements and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful SAP Ariba implementations. Essential skills include:
- Extensive experience in SAP Project Management, specifically within the Ariba B&I module.
- Strong understanding of how Ariba tools interact with backend SAP systems (such as S/4HANA or ECC).
- Functional expertise in the full “Source-to-Pay” (S2P) cycle, including sourcing, contract management, procurement, and financial invoicing.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical configurations within the Ariba platform.
- Prior involvement in large-scale, complex SAP implementations for enterprise-level clients.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- A proactive mindset with the capability to “figure things out” and drive projects forward independently.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $180,000 – $240,000 per year (Estimated)
