Role Overview
Square Hiring LLC is looking for an expert Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) Consultant to join our team for a high-priority remote contract engagement. This role is designed for a professional who specializes in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and has a proven track record of implementing and administering the Icertis platform within complex enterprise environments. You will serve as a subject matter expert, bridging the gap between business requirements and technical execution to ensure a seamless contract management experience.
Core Responsibilities
- ICI Platform Administration: Lead the configuration and maintenance of the Icertis Contract Intelligence platform. This includes managing user roles, permissions, and workflow templates to align with organizational legal and procurement standards.
- CLM Strategy & Implementation: Support the full contract lifecycle, from drafting and negotiation to execution and renewal. You will optimize CLM processes to improve efficiency and ensure compliance across all business units.
- Integration & Technical Support: Work closely with IT teams to integrate ICI with other enterprise systems, specifically SAP e-sourcing. You will troubleshoot technical issues, manage platform upgrades, and ensure data integrity across integrated environments.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a consultant for internal stakeholders, providing guidance on ICI best practices. You will be responsible for translating business needs into functional specifications and technical architectures.
- Certification & Compliance: Maintain mandatory Icertis certifications and stay updated on the latest ICI features, including AIML technical enhancements and project management methodologies.
Required Qualifications
The ideal candidate must have 8-10 years of experience in the IT sector, with a significant focus on CLM and SAP e-sourcing. Mandatory certifications include at least one of the following: ICI Administrator, ICI Practitioner, ICI Technical Professional, or ICI Functional Architect. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who can work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high standards of delivery and communication. Experience with AIML within the Icertis ecosystem is highly desirable.

Remote; Mandatory Icertis Certification (Administrator, Practitioner, or Architect); 8-10 years experience required.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $130,000 – $185,000 per year (Estimated)
