Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Production and Supply Chain Analyst for a critical 9-month initial contract engagement with a global end client. This hybrid role is based in Fort Worth, TX, and requires a professional who can effectively bridge the gap between complex technical systems and business operational needs. As a non-technical Business Analyst, you will not be responsible for backend configuration but will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the SAP ecosystem aligns perfectly with supply chain objectives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of how SAP powers modern manufacturing and distribution and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between the Systems Integrator (SI), internal technical teams, and diverse business stakeholders to ensure project alignment and successful delivery.
- Support the end-to-end delivery of SAP projects, focusing on the translation of business requirements into clear, actionable functional specifications.
- Oversee and facilitate training sessions for key users, ensuring high levels of user adoption and proficiency across the organization.
- Manage relationships across departments to ensure that SAP Production and Supply Chain modules are integrated seamlessly with existing business processes.
- Identify potential bottlenecks in the supply chain process and propose SAP-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Ensure that SAP FICO integration points are understood and maintained to support financial reporting accuracy and transparency.
- Lead stakeholder engagement sessions to gather requirements, provide project updates, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Bridge the gap between IT and business functions to ensure that technical solutions meet real-world operational needs.
Technical and Professional Requirements
- Extensive experience working within SAP Production (PP) and Supply Chain modules, including Quality Management (QM), Materials Management (MM), Warehouse Management (WM), and Plant Maintenance (PM).
- Proven track record as a Business Analyst in a large-scale, global enterprise environment, specifically within the supply chain domain.
- Strong understanding of the integration between supply chain modules and SAP FICO, although deep technical configuration skills are not required.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical business users.
- Demonstrated ability to lead stakeholder engagement and manage complex relationships in a high-pressure project environment.
- Willingness to adhere to a hybrid work schedule, requiring two days per week onsite at the Fort Worth, TX facility.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $135,000 – $175,000 per year (Estimated)
