Role Overview
IMR Soft LLC is seeking a dedicated and highly skilled .NET Developer to join our technical team in Juno Beach, Florida. This onsite position is designed for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a unique blend of software development expertise and advanced data automation skills. As we move into 2026, our focus is on enhancing our enterprise applications with robust .NET frameworks while maintaining high-level reporting capabilities through Excel and VBA automation. The successful candidate will be instrumental in bridging the gap between complex data analysis and scalable software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications using C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core.
- Architect and implement complex Excel-based reporting systems utilizing advanced formulas, pivot tables, and automated data feeds.
- Develop and optimize VBA scripts to automate repetitive tasks and streamline business workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions that meet business objectives.
- Leverage Azure Business Analytics (BA) to support cloud-based data initiatives and reporting.
- Manage and optimize SQL databases, ensuring data integrity and efficient query performance.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and participate in the full software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
Technical Requirements
- 4-5 years of professional experience in .NET development (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core).
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formula construction and reporting automation.
- Proven hands-on experience with VBA scripting for enterprise-level automation.
- Exposure to Azure BA and cloud-based data environments.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for database management and data manipulation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work onsite in Juno Beach, FL, and collaborate effectively with local teams.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $110,000 – $160,000 per year
