Role Overview
Logic Planet Inc is seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Health Cloud Lead for a critical 100% onsite engagement in the San Francisco Bay Area. This leadership position is designed for a technical expert who can bridge the gap between complex Salesforce architectures and advanced AI-driven patient engagement strategies within the pharmaceutical commercial domain. The successful candidate will be responsible for spearheading the design and implementation of end-to-end data flows, ensuring that patient data remains a ‘single source of truth’ across multiple platforms including Salesforce Health Cloud and AWS.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of Salesforce Health Cloud solutions, focusing on Patient CRM systems and integrated health workflows.
- Collaborate closely with Enterprise Architects to define and implement seamless data integration between Salesforce and AWS services such as Lambda, Glue, S3, and Athena.
- Drive AI Orchestration by leading the development of Agentic AI solutions that utilize real-time data from the Data Lake to deliver proactive ‘nudges’ to patients and case managers.
- Develop custom AI Agents using AWS BedRock to enhance patient engagement and operational efficiency.
- Oversee Data Governance to ensure all digital solutions comply with strict Pharma-specific regulations, including HIPAA and regional privacy laws.
- Analyze complex datasets to troubleshoot technical issues and optimize high-performance data workflows.
- Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and consultants within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive hands-on expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud and other Patient CRM platforms.
- Proven experience in the Pharma Commercial domain, specifically with Patient Engagement and Patient Service tools.
- Deep technical proficiency in AWS Services, including Lambda, Glue, S3, and Athena.
- Demonstrated experience in developing AI-driven solutions and custom agents using AWS BedRock.
- Strong understanding of healthcare data regulations, specifically HIPAA compliance and data privacy.
- Excellent problem-solving mindset with the ability to address intricate technical challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Superior communication and stakeholder management skills.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $185,000 – $245,000 per year (Estimated)
