Position Summary
Eros Technologies is looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join a high-performing team in New York City. This is a contract-based, onsite role specifically for candidates on a C2C (Corp-to-Corp) basis. The position is heavily weighted toward frontend development (70% UI/React) with a significant backend component (30% Python). We are seeking a self-motivated individual who can thrive in a fast-paced, Agile environment and contribute to the development of modern, AI-enhanced software solutions.
Technical Expertise Required
The successful candidate will bring a wealth of experience in modern web technologies and cloud infrastructure.
- Frontend Mastery: At least 4 years of dedicated experience in UI/frontend development with a primary focus on React. Additional experience with Vue and vanilla JavaScript is highly desirable. A strong understanding of UI/UX styling principles is mandatory to ensure a premium user experience.
- Backend Proficiency: 3+ years of experience with Python. You will be responsible for building and consuming REST APIs and implementing streaming data solutions.
- AI and Modern Tooling: Familiarity with AI-assisted development and modern AI coding tools (such as GitHub Copilot or similar) is a key requirement for this role, as we aim to leverage cutting-edge technology to accelerate development cycles.
- DevOps and Tools: Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, GitHub, and GitHub Actions for CI/CD pipelines. Proficiency with JIRA for task management and working within Agile/Scrum frameworks is expected.
Core Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing highly interactive and responsive user interfaces using React.
- Developing backend services and APIs in Python to support frontend functionality.
- Collaborating with designers and product managers to translate UI/UX designs into functional code.
- Debugging complex issues across the full stack with minimal supervision, ensuring high application availability and performance.
- Participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings to drive project progress.
- Maintaining a proactive mindset, identifying potential bottlenecks, and proposing innovative solutions to technical challenges.
Contract and Location Details
This is a strictly onsite role located in New York City. Candidates must be local or within a commutable distance to the NYC office.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $165,000 – $215,000 per year (Estimated)
