Position Summary: Senior UI Developer
Nityo Infotech is looking for a seasoned Senior UI Developer with over 12 years of professional experience to join our client’s team onsite in Jersey City, NJ. This role is designed for a front-end expert who specializes in building sophisticated, high-performance web applications using AngularJS. You will be a key contributor to the digital transformation initiatives of a major enterprise client, requiring both deep technical expertise and the ability to collaborate effectively in a high-stakes environment.
Core Technical Responsibilities
- Architect and develop dynamic, responsive user interfaces using AngularJS, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and optimal performance.
- Write clean, modular, and highly maintainable code using JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3/SASS.
- Lead the migration or optimization of legacy UI components to meet modern web standards and performance benchmarks.
- Integrate complex RESTful APIs and web services, ensuring seamless data flow between the front-end and back-end systems.
- Implement rigorous front-end testing strategies, including unit testing and end-to-end testing, to maintain application stability.
- Utilize advanced debugging tools to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and UI inconsistencies across mobile and desktop platforms.
Collaboration and Leadership
- Work in lockstep with UI/UX designers to translate high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes into functional, pixel-perfect code.
- Coordinate with backend developers to define API contracts and ensure efficient integration of server-side logic.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other team members, promoting best practices in front-end architecture and coding standards.
- Participate in architectural review boards to make critical design decisions for large-scale AngularJS projects.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and potential risks.
Project Delivery and Quality Assurance
- Adhere to strict development timelines while maintaining the highest quality of deliverables in an Agile environment.
- Ensure all user interfaces are accessible and comply with WCAG standards where applicable.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to refactor code and improve the overall developer experience.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all UI components and architectural decisions.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $155,000 – $200,000 per year (Estimated)
