Position Summary: React JS Developer
Smart IT Frame LLC is looking for a talented React JS Developer to join our engineering team in Alpharetta, Georgia. This is a contract role that offers the opportunity to work on high-visibility web platforms. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in an enterprise environment and is passionate about building modern, responsive user interfaces. This position requires a hybrid work schedule, with three days per week spent in our Alpharetta office, and an initial face-to-face interview with the client.
Core Responsibilities
- Frontend Development: You will work on the frontend of highly visible sites, collaborating closely with Java Developers who handle the backend logic. Your focus will be on creating seamless, high-performance user experiences.
- Feature Implementation: You will develop new features using modern React functional components. A significant portion of the role involves refactoring existing classical components into functional ones to improve maintainability and performance.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: You will work directly with product teams and engineering specialists to translate design requirements into production-ready solutions. This involves active participation in design reviews and technical brainstorming sessions.
- Agile Participation: As part of an Agile team, you will participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, ensuring that project milestones are met with high-quality code.
Technical Requirements and Qualifications
- React Expertise: Extensive experience with React.js is required, including proficiency in popular workflows such as Flux or Redux. You should have a deep understanding of the React lifecycle and state management.
- JavaScript Mastery: Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and a solid grasp of the JavaScript object model. Familiarity with ES6+ syntax is expected.
- Web Standards: High proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3. You should be comfortable building responsive layouts that work across various browsers and devices.
- API Integration: Familiarity with RESTful APIs is essential for connecting the frontend with backend services. Experience with Java is a significant plus, as it helps in understanding the full stack.
- Soft Skills: We are looking for a motivated team player with creative thinking skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Special Requirements
Need to come to office for F2F Round of Client Interview and once Selected has to work from office 3 Days a week.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $65 – $70 per year
