Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior .NET Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic development team in Denver, Colorado. This is a hybrid role tailored for local candidates who can collaborate in person while enjoying the flexibility of remote work. The ideal candidate will have over 13 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable web applications using the latest .NET technologies. As a Senior Developer, you will play a crucial role in the entire software development lifecycle, providing technical leadership and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet our business objectives.
Core Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain sophisticated web applications using ASP.NET Core, C#, and Entity Framework.
- Architect and implement secure RESTful APIs and integrate various third-party services and APIs.
- Design and manage complex SQL Server databases, including the creation of stored procedures and performance tuning for high-load scenarios.
- Develop responsive and intuitive user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks such as ReactJS or Angular.
- Ensure seamless integration between front-end components and back-end services for a unified user experience.
- Participate in high-level architectural decisions to ensure application designs are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
- Enforce best practices for clean code, adhering to SOLID principles and established design patterns.
- Conduct thorough code reviews for junior and mid-level developers to maintain high quality and adherence to standards.
- Mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Write and maintain comprehensive unit tests using xUnit, NUnit, or MSTest to ensure application reliability.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues to ensure a seamless and bug-free user experience.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and QA engineers.
Technical Qualifications
- 13+ years of professional experience in software development with a primary focus on the .NET ecosystem.
- Strong expertise in .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, C#, and Entity Framework.
- Proficiency in modern web technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Extensive experience with modern JavaScript frameworks like ReactJS or Angular.
- Solid understanding of relational database management systems, particularly SQL Server, and ORM tools.
- Experience deploying and managing applications on cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering efficient solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, Agile development environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Salary: $150,000 – $195,000 per year (Estimated)
