Position Summary: D365 F&O Solution Architect
Empower Professionals is seeking a visionary D365 Finance & Operations Solution Architect for a long-term, 12-month+ hybrid engagement based in Bothell, WA. This role is pivotal in defining the architectural roadmap for complex Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations within the Healthcare and Life Sciences sectors. You will serve as the primary authority on solution design, ensuring that global deployments across the USA and India are scalable, compliant, and high-performing.
Core Responsibilities
- Architect end-to-end solutions for D365 F&O and Supply Chain Management, specifically tailored for hospitals, pharmacies, and medical device manufacturers.
- Lead discovery workshops to translate intricate healthcare business requirements into technical designs, covering finance, procurement, and clinical supply chains.
- Govern the integration strategy between D365 and critical healthcare systems such as EHR/EMR, HIS, and LIS using Azure services, Dual-write, and APIs.
- Define and manage the ALM and deployment strategy for multi-region programs, ensuring compliance with US GAAP, IRS regulations, and Indian GST/TDS requirements.
- Oversee data migration and architecture, including the harmonization of Charts of Accounts and the anonymization of sensitive patient-related financial data.
- Establish security frameworks and role-based access controls aligned with HIPAA principles and internal audit requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to functional teams in both the US and India, fostering the development of reusable healthcare industry templates.
- Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives (CFO, CIO, COO), shaping digital transformation roadmaps and cost optimization strategies.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must bring 13-15 years of total IT experience, with at least 10 years dedicated to Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 F&O. A minimum of 5 years of experience within the Healthcare or Life Sciences domain is strictly required. You must have a proven track record of leading at least three full-lifecycle, multi-country D365 implementations as a Solution Architect. Expertise in Azure Data Integration, Supply Chain Management, and Project Accounting is essential. This role requires a blend of deep technical knowledge and executive-level consulting skills to manage stakeholders across diverse geographical regions.
Work Environment and Duration
This is a hybrid role requiring periodic onsite presence in Bothell, WA. The initial contract duration is 12 months with a high likelihood of extension based on project milestones. You will be part of a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) that values transparency, integrity, and technical excellence.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $175,000 – $225,000 per year (Estimated)
