Role Overview
As a Senior Technical Product Manager at Neodym Technologies, you will be at the forefront of driving innovation within the eCommerce sector. You will be responsible for defining the product roadmap, overseeing the development of complex API ecosystems, and ensuring that our technical solutions align perfectly with the evolving needs of the market. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for technical products, from initial concept and requirement gathering to deployment and post-launch optimization.
- Design and manage robust API strategies, ensuring secure and efficient data exchange across multiple platforms using RESTful services.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to architect scalable solutions, utilizing tools like Postman for rigorous API testing and automation.
- Implement comprehensive monitoring and logging strategies using the ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana) to maintain system health and performance.
- Drive Agile excellence by leading Scrum and Kanban ceremonies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and rapid delivery.
- Manage technical debt and prioritize product backlogs based on data-driven insights and stakeholder feedback.
- Oversee version control processes using Git, ensuring best practices in branching, merging, and code reviews are maintained across the development team.
- Analyze market trends and competitor landscapes to identify new opportunities for product enhancement and innovation.
Technical Requirements and Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related technical field is highly desired.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in technical product management, specifically within software development or eCommerce environments.
- Expert-level proficiency in API design and management, with a deep understanding of HTTP methods, status codes, and security protocols.
- Hands-on experience with the ELK Stack for real-time data analysis and application performance monitoring.
- Proven track record of leading Agile teams and successfully delivering complex software projects on time and within scope.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $145,000 – $195,000 per year (Estimated)
