Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Kinaxis Maestro Solution Architect to join our Digital Technology Integrated Business Planning (IBP) team. This is a critical contract role focused on leading the design and implementation of advanced supply chain planning solutions. As a technical lead, you will be responsible for architecting customized solutions within the Kinaxis system, ensuring they align with complex client business needs and technical specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of supply chain planning solutions using the Kinaxis Maestro platform.
- Translate high-level business objectives into detailed technical specifications and functional designs.
- Architect customized solutions within the Kinaxis system, focusing on modules such as demand planning, supply planning, inventory planning, and S&OP.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, internal teams, and external technology application vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage data mapping and integration between Kinaxis and enterprise systems like SAP ECC and S/4 HANA.
- Provide Subject Matter Expertise (SME) during the implementation of operations planning projects.
- Develop comprehensive technical documentation outlining system functionalities and integration points.
- Coordinate system integration testing and provide application design guidance.
- Propose innovative solutions for process automation leveraging best practices in supply chain architecture.
- Analyze existing software and recommend modifications to enhance operating capacity.
Technical Requirements and Qualifications
- Extensive hands-on experience configuring and supporting process design in Kinaxis Maestro/RapidResponse.
- Deep knowledge of Kinaxis modules including Demand Forecasting, Capacity Planning, and MRP.
- Familiarity with data integration tools such as Talend and Databricks.
- Proven track record of implementing Kinaxis in multiple end-to-end life cycle projects.
- Strong understanding of Production Planning (PP/DS) and industry-standard ERP systems.
- Experience with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or IT with 10+ years of experience, or a Master’s with 8+ years.
- U.S. Citizenship is strictly required due to government contractual requirements.
- Previous experience in an aerospace manufacturing environment is highly desirable.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $175,000 – $235,000 per year
