Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Reltio Engineer / Reltio MDM Developer to join our enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) team. This role is pivotal in designing, building, and supporting a robust Reltio-based landscape that serves as the single source of truth for critical data domains including HCP/HCO, Customer, Product, Affiliation, and Location. The successful candidate will ensure that our data infrastructure is compliant, governed, and capable of supporting complex use cases across Commercial, Medical Affairs, Supply Chain, and Analytics departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reltio & MDM Delivery: Design and configure sophisticated Reltio data models, including Entities, Relationships, and Reference Data, ensuring alignment with global master data standards.
  • Rule Implementation: Develop and maintain complex Match, Merge, and Survivorship rules specifically tailored for HCP/HCO, Customer, and Product data sets to maintain data integrity.
  • Governance & Workflow: Configure data validation rules, stewardship workflows, and governance protocols within the Reltio platform to empower data stewards and business users.
  • Data Migration: Lead data ingestion processes, including bulk loads and complex migrations from legacy MDM systems and various source systems into the Reltio cloud environment.
  • Integration Management: Develop and manage Reltio REST APIs and event-based integrations to facilitate real-time data exchange across the enterprise.
  • Platform Synergy: Integrate Reltio with key platforms such as Salesforce (Veeva CRM), SAP, AWS, and enterprise data lakes using ETL and iPaaS tools like MuleSoft and Informatica.
  • Compliance & Quality: Ensure all data solutions adhere to GxP, SOX, and data privacy regulations such as HIPAA and GDPR. Maintain rigorous technical documentation and audit evidence.
  • Collaborative Agile Delivery: Participate actively in Agile/SAFe delivery cycles, including sprint planning, design reviews, and daily stand-ups, while providing mentorship to junior engineering staff.

Technical Requirements and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Master Data Management with a specific focus on the Reltio Cloud platform. You should have a deep understanding of the healthcare and life sciences domain, particularly regarding the management of provider and organizational data. Proficiency in Java, JSON, and RESTful API development is essential. Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS) and integration middleware (MuleSoft or Informatica) is highly preferred. Candidates must demonstrate a track record of delivering scalable MDM solutions in a regulated environment, showing strong attention to detail in data lineage and quality assurance. Excellent communication skills are required to bridge the gap between technical implementation and business requirements.

This position offers the opportunity to work at the forefront of data technology within a leading pharmaceutical context. You will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to leveraging data as a strategic asset.
