Role Overview
Intellect Tech Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. This role is pivotal in driving the technical evolution of our Salesforce platform, specifically focusing on high-impact Sales and Service projects. As a senior member of the engineering team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of software development, from initial architectural design and configuration to rigorous testing and deployment. You will work at the intersection of business requirements and technical execution, ensuring that our Salesforce environment is robust, scalable, and aligned with the strategic goals of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain highly customized solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and JavaScript.
- Lead the technical design and documentation of complex application software environments, ensuring best practices are followed across the development lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, QA Engineers, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Participate in and lead code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality, maintainability, and performance.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Manage version control processes using Git and oversee the deployment pipeline to ensure seamless releases.
- Identify and resolve complex technical issues, performing deep-dive debugging and performance tuning of existing configurations.
Technical Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in object-oriented, database-backed web application development.
- At least 3 years of dedicated experience developing on the Salesforce platform.
- Mandatory Platform Developer 2 (PD2) Certification.
- Expertise in JavaScript, Apex, SOQL, and high proficiency in building Lightning Web Components.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including security models, data sharing, and integration patterns.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $145,000 – $185,000 per year (Estimated)
