Role Overview
StaffTen International Inc is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) or Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our growing US Staffing division. This is an onsite position based in our Hyderabad office, operating during the US Night Shift to align with our North American clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a deep understanding of the staffing industry, and the ability to build long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Sales Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to expand our footprint across diverse sectors, including Information Technology, Healthcare, Finance, and Skilled Industrial.
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identify new business opportunities through high-volume cold calling, targeted email campaigns, and sophisticated social media outreach.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain robust partnerships with hiring managers and HR executives, providing tailored staffing solutions that address their unique talent challenges.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure a seamless transition from client acquisition to candidate delivery, maintaining high service standards.
- Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, labor market shifts, and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Presentation & Negotiation: Present StaffTen’s value proposition to C-level executives and negotiate contract terms that ensure mutual success.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven B2B sales experience, specifically within the US staffing or recruiting industry.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly.
- Tools: Proficiency in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, and video conferencing tools for remote presentations.
- Mindset: A self-motivated, goal-oriented professional who thrives in a target-driven environment and is comfortable with daily prospecting.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $65,000 – $95,000 per year (Estimated)
