Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop highly scalable backend systems utilizing Python frameworks such as Django and FastAPI to support high-traffic applications.
- Design, implement, and maintain secure RESTful APIs and microservices that serve as the backbone for our digital ecosystem.
- Execute sophisticated data modeling and management strategies using relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and advanced ORMs like Django ORM or SQLAlchemy.
- Build and manage containerized services using Docker, ensuring smooth deployment and debugging processes within Linux environments.
- Integrate cutting-edge AI features by leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) or external AI APIs to enhance product capabilities.
- Collaborate closely with frontend developers to build intuitive user interfaces using JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks like Svelte, React, or Angular.
- Implement comprehensive unit and integration testing suites, manage CI/CD pipelines, and utilize observability tools to ensure system health.
- Maintain a high standard of security, performance, and compliance across all services, adhering to modern industry standards.
Technical Toolkit and Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in full-stack development with a heavy emphasis on Python.
- Expertise in Python, Django, and FastAPI for backend development.
- Proven track record in REST API design and development.
- Strong proficiency in SQL databases and ORM technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Git, and automated CI/CD pipelines.
- Basic proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and familiarity with modern frontend frameworks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is highly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications and Bonus Skills
- Experience with Asynchronous Python (asyncio, FastAPI async routes) for high-performance computing.
- Knowledge of event-driven architectures using tools like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Familiarity with orchestration and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, or Ansible.
- Deep understanding of security and authentication protocols including OAuth2, OpenID, and RBAC.
- Experience with monitoring and observability stacks like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK.
- Exposure to AI model serving, ETL pipelines, or compliance standards such as SOC 2 and GDPR.

Salary: $165,000 – $225,000 per year (Estimated)
