Role Overview: Technical Product Owner – Agentic AI
As a Technical Product Owner specializing in Agentic AI, you will be at the forefront of the next major shift in enterprise technology. This role is designed for a visionary leader who can bridge the gap between complex AI engineering and strategic business outcomes. You will be responsible for defining and leading the Agentic AI product strategy within a robust Enterprise AI Platform. Your mission is to empower diverse business lines to design, publish, discover, and operate AI agents safely and at scale. This position requires a deep understanding of how AI agents function within highly regulated environments, ensuring that every deployment meets stringent security, risk, and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities and Strategic Impact
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify, strategize, and execute high-impact Artificial Intelligence initiatives that span multiple lines of business.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive roadmap for Agentic AI capabilities, including an Agent/MCP Marketplace, designer tools, orchestration layers, and operational guardrails.
- Partner closely with platform engineering, security, and application teams to deliver industry-leading AI solutions.
- Recommend business strategies that leverage AI to solve complex challenges and drive enterprise transformation.
- Define and prioritize use cases, ensuring that resource allocation aligns with the intended business benefits and ROI.
- Evaluate technological readiness and resource requirements for proposed AI solutions using deep technical expertise.
- Drive the implementation of AI programs while managing expectations and requirements from multiple high-level stakeholders.
- Resolve technical and operational issues that arise during the development or implementation phases of the AI lifecycle.
- Collaborate with peers and senior management to foster a culture of innovation and operational excellence.
Technical Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Artificial Intelligence Solutions or a related technical field.
- At least 2 years of experience in end-to-end platform product management, from discovery to adoption.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Microsoft Azure.
- Proficiency with container orchestration technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift.
- Familiarity with Agentic AI patterns, including planning, routing, tool execution, and multi-step workflows.
- Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and orchestrated agent workflows.
- Understanding of emerging standards like Model Context Protocol (MCP) for agent-to-tool connectivity.
- Experience building developer-centric products such as SDKs, marketplaces, and self-service onboarding flows.
- Strong grasp of AI governance, risk controls, and compliance in an enterprise setting.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $145,000 – $195,000 per year (Estimated)
