The Future of Fullstack Development at TestingXperts
TestingXperts Inc., a global leader in Digital Assurance and an independent division of the Damco Group, is looking for an expert Python Fullstack Developer to join our innovative team in Santa Clara, CA. Technical Excellence and Responsibilities
- Design and develop user-facing web application components using Angular, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Build and maintain high-performance backend services and Cron Jobs using Python with Flask or Django frameworks.
- Architect and manage containerized environments using Docker to ensure consistent deployment across various stages.
- Leverage Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, including Compute Engine, GCS, Airflow, and Composer, to build cloud-native solutions.
- Implement and consume RESTful APIs, ensuring seamless communication between frontend and backend systems.
- Maintain high standards of code quality through rigorous peer reviews, pair programming, and automated testing procedures.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security, staying ahead of modern development best practices.

As a Fullstack Developer, you will be at the heart of our engineering team, collaborating with backend, frontend, and DevOps engineers to deliver world-class products. Required Qualifications
- B Tech, MS, or PhD degree in Computer Science or a similar technical field.
- 5-8 years of strong hands-on experience in Python development (Flask/Django).
- 4-5 years of expertise in Frontend technologies, specifically Angular and TypeScript.
- Deep understanding of RDBMS and NoSQL databases.
- Proven experience with Docker and Google Cloud Platform solutions.
- Strong knowledge of data structures, functional programming, and object-oriented programming paradigms.
- Proficiency with modern development tools like Git and a solid understanding of MVC/MVVM patterns.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $175,000 – $235,000 per year (Estimated)
