Position Summary
We are seeking a Lead Oracle Fusion ERP specialist to spearhead the end-to-end data extraction process from Oracle Fusion ERP to a Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Enterprise Data Hub (EDH). This role is critical for the design, governance, and production stability of large-scale ERP analytics. The Lead will utilize BICC (Business Intelligence Cloud Connector) for PVO-based extracts and UCM (Universal Content Management) for delivery, ensuring a seamless integration between legacy ERP systems and modern cloud data warehouses.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary design authority for the BICC extraction architecture connecting Fusion ERP to GCP EDH.
- Design and govern BICC extracts using both standard and custom Public View Objects (PVOs).
- Lead extraction efforts for core ERP modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Purchase Orders (PO), Cash Management (CM), and Projects.
- Define and implement incremental, full, and reconciliation strategies to maintain data integrity.
- Own the BICC delivery process to UCM, managing file structures, retention policies, and access controls.
- Ensure the secure and reliable transfer of data from UCM to GCP environments, specifically GCS and BigQuery.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize extract performance to minimize failures and latency.
- Lead production cutover activities, hypercare phases, and provide L2/L3 support for the integration layer.
- Align BICC outputs with GCP ingestion standards to support BigQuery partitioning and incremental ingestion.
- Enable source-to-target reconciliation and auditability to meet compliance requirements.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion BICC and PVO-based data extraction.
- Deep expertise in Fusion ERP financial data models and module structures.
- Solid understanding of UCM-based file delivery and troubleshooting techniques.
- Exposure to GCP services, including Google Cloud Storage (GCS), BigQuery, and Enterprise Data Hub (EDH) architectures.
- 8-12+ years of overall experience in IT and data integration, with a preference for candidates who have held prior Lead roles.
- Ability to manage complex downstream integrations and support replayability in data pipelines.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $165,000 – $215,000 per year (Estimated)
