Job Opportunity: Senior ETL / Oracle Developer
Tekinspirations is currently seeking a Senior ETL Developer with strong Oracle expertise for a critical onsite position in Miami, FL. This role is focused on designing and developing high-performance automated ETL solutions to support enterprise-level data integration and warehousing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Microsoft SQL Server stack, specifically SSIS, combined with significant experience in Azure data transformation tools and Oracle Fusion ERP modules. You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for the lifecycle of data from ingestion to transformation and final loading into complex data marts.
Core Responsibilities
- ETL Development: Design and develop new automated ETL solutions using Microsoft SSIS and Azure data transformation tools. You will be responsible for evaluating, debugging, and modifying existing complex SSIS packages to meet evolving business requirements.
- Data Integration: Extract data from diverse sources, including Oracle Fusion ERP Modules and various SQL Server databases. Ensure the integrity and security of data throughout the extraction and transformation process.
- System Analysis: Analyze existing ETL jobs and data warehouse applications. Formulate logic for moderately complex new systems and devise efficient algorithms to handle large-scale data processing.
- Cloud Integration: Implement data solutions within Azure Data platforms, utilizing Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory, and ADLS Gen2. Leverage Python and PySpark for advanced data processing tasks.
- Standards & Quality: Establish and maintain development standards, including coding, documentation, and testing standards. Ensure the quality and maintainability of all automated solutions while following established change management and code migration processes.
Technical Requirements and Experience
- 8+ years of total ETL experience with a proven track record of delivering complex data solutions.
- 5+ years of specialized experience in data ingestion and transformation using SSIS and SSDT.
- 3+ years of intensive work experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Azure Data platforms and Python/PySpark.
- Demonstrated experience in HR Datamart design and delivery.
- Preferred experience working specifically with Oracle Fusion HCM (Cloud) Modules.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to utilize code libraries and open-source forums effectively.
Education and Communication
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent field is required. Candidates must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and technical teams. This position requires onsite presence in Miami, FL, and is restricted to local candidates who can demonstrate immediate availability and deep technical proficiency in the required stack.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $130,000 – $170,000 per year (Estimated)
