Role Overview

We are seeking a highly specialized and certified Avature System Administrator to join our enterprise technology team. This is a high-impact role requiring a Level 4 Administrator Certification to manage complex configurations, workflows, and integrations within the Avature ATS platform. The successful candidate will serve as the primary functional expert, ensuring the system aligns with global recruiting strategies and HR technology roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities

  • System Configuration: Lead the end-to-end configuration of Avature modules, including custom workflows, data fields, and automation rules.
  • Governance & Documentation: Maintain rigorous system design standards and document all configuration decisions to ensure long-term scalability.
  • User Support: Act as the Tier 3 support lead for HR teams, recruiters, and hiring managers, resolving complex technical issues and providing platform best practices.
  • Integration Management: Partner with IT and external vendors to support inbound and outbound interfaces, ensuring seamless data flow between Avature and other enterprise systems.
  • Upgrades & Maintenance: Oversee platform upgrades, patches, and validation testing to minimize disruption to recruiting operations.
  • Security & Compliance: Manage role-based security configurations and ensure all data handling complies with enterprise HR data governance policies.

Required Qualifications

  • Certification: Mandatory Avature Level 4 Administrator Certification.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of hands-on experience in system administration, with a specific focus on enterprise-level ATS platforms.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Visio; deep understanding of HR staffing workflows and technology ecosystems.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical requirements for non-technical stakeholders.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $165,000 – $215,000 per year (Estimated)

Location: Atlanta, GA
