Role Overview
The Conversion Specialist is a pivotal role within our financial services division, focused on transitioning Tier 1 business customers to our advanced commercial online banking platform. This position requires a unique blend of technical treasury management knowledge, project management skills, and exceptional client-facing capabilities. You will lead the end-to-end conversion process, ensuring that complex corporate clients experience a seamless transition from legacy systems to our target digital platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive training on the bank’s commercial online platform to Tier 1 and Tier 2 business customers.
- Manage high-stakes inbound and outbound client interactions, maintaining a high level of professionalism and efficiency.
- Lead the end-to-end conversion lifecycle for business clients, from initial discovery to final platform adoption.
- Conduct interactive web-based training sessions via Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or similar collaboration tools.
- Consult with clients to identify additional digital needs and recommend appropriate treasury products or features.
- Ensure strict adherence to security, privacy, and confidentiality protocols regarding sensitive client data.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and provide high-quality technical support during the conversion phase.
- Document all client interactions accurately in the CRM, ensuring complete follow-through on all action items.
- Collaborate with middle-market and large corporate sales teams to align conversion strategies with client goals.
- Serve as a mentor to junior specialists, sharing best practices and platform expertise.
Technical & Professional Requirements
- Minimum of one year of hands-on experience with corporate or Treasury Management digital banking platform conversions.
- In-depth knowledge of commercial banking services, including ACH, wire transfers, and positive pay.
- Prior experience as a Treasury Management sales specialist, product manager, or implementation specialist.
- Strong proficiency in web-conferencing tools and digital banking software.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial functionalities to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to meet performance goals and adhere to strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Compensation & Location
Salary: $105,000 – $150,000 per year (Estimated)
