Job Overview:
We are actively seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Senior SnapLogic Analyst to join a dynamic team in Peoria, IL. This is an onsite contract position, open to both C2C and W2 candidates, requiring a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience with SnapLogic. The ideal candidate will be a strong SnapLogic professional capable of leading platform initiatives, managing complex enterprise integration environments, and providing robust development and support.
Role Highlights & Responsibilities:
- Hands-on SnapLogic Development & Production Support: Engage deeply in the development of SnapLogic pipelines and provide critical production support to ensure seamless operations.
- Platform Administration: Take charge of SnapLogic platform administration, encompassing both Cloudplex and Groundplex environments. This includes configuration, maintenance, and optimization.
- 24×7 Support Environment: Be prepared to work within a 24×7 production support model, which requires flexibility in shifts to cover various operational hours and ensure continuous service availability.
- Onshore/Offshore Coordination: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between onshore and offshore teams, including attending handover calls to ensure smooth transitions and continuity of work.
- Client-Facing Role: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, demonstrating excellent communication and coordination skills while representing the team and leading client interactions.
- Team Leadership: Take on leadership responsibilities, guiding team members, fostering a collaborative environment, and ensuring project objectives are met.
- CI/CD Implementation: Drive the implementation of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) strategies for SnapLogic deployments, enhancing efficiency and reliability.
- Governance, Documentation, and Best Practices: Establish and enforce platform governance, create comprehensive documentation, and implement SnapLogic best practices across the enterprise.
- Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Proactively monitor SnapLogic pipelines, identify potential issues, and efficiently troubleshoot and resolve problems to minimize downtime.
- Security and Compliance: Ensure platform security, compliance with industry standards, and manage version upgrades to keep the environment current and secure.
- Service Request Management: Handle service requests efficiently via ticketing tools, such as ServiceNow, and perform recurring ticket analysis to identify automation improvement opportunities.
- User Access Management: Manage user access, roles, and permissions within the SnapLogic platform.
- SSL Certificate & SSO Maintenance: Oversee SSL certificate renewals and Single Sign-On (SSO) maintenance.
- Training and Onboarding: Support the onboarding and training of new users to the SnapLogic platform.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience in SnapLogic Development and Support Projects is essential.
- Proven experience in SnapLogic Platform Administration.
- In-depth knowledge of Cloudplex and Groundplex architecture.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and automation frameworks.
- A strong understanding of Data Integration, APIs, and ETL processes.
- Proficiency with monitoring tools and performance tuning techniques.
- Experience with incident management and ticket resolution, with ServiceNow experience being preferred.
- Familiarity with SSL Certificate renewals and SSO maintenance.
- Expertise in user access management, roles, and permissions.
- Ability to implement platform governance and best practices.
- Capability to create architecture, design, and standards documentation.
- Excellent communication and client coordination skills are paramount.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and work independently.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in broader Enterprise Integration projects.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and various Cloud technologies.
- Possession of a SnapLogic Certification.
- Experience with other Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) technologies.
- Knowledge of Application Management Services (AMS) Best Practices.
